Seeking a friendly, self-motivated person to join our team. This role blends hands-on cleaning duties with front-line guest support and basic office tasks. Ideal candidates are team players who take pride in creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment and enjoy helping others.
Tasks
● Cleaning of rental units and office spaces to a maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Assist with guest reservations, inquiries, and check-ins
● Provide warm, professional customer service in person, by phone, and email ● Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely support
● Follow established procedures and instructions with attention to detail ●Support team operations with flexibility and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
● Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
● Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team ●Comfortable working weekends and adapting to a flexible schedule
● Basic familiarity with computers (email)
● Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
● Reliable, punctual, and respectful of others
Attention to detail and high cleaning standards
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
Takes pride in their work
Bonus Skill (not required):
● Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service
● Bilingual
