• ​Class 1A Drivers: (Major Asset) If you can safely handle a big rig for grain hauling, you’re at the top of our list.
• ​Mechanical Minds: (Highly Valued) If you know how to turn a wrench, troubleshoot modern electronics, or handle preventative maintenance, we want you.
• ​Irrigation Experience: (An Asset) Got experience managing pivots? Great. If not, but you’re a fast learner, we’ll train the right person.
