Aeir Dental is a family-friendly boutique dental clinic serving the communities of West Springs and Cougar Ridge since 2016. Our recently state of the art, fully digital clinic in South West Calgary provides a spa-like experience for our patients and staff. Our dedicated team is committed to providing the most personalized and professional service in the city.

The successful Dental Administrative Assistant will be the cornerstone of our practice by creating an exceptional first impression for our patients. Our preferred candidate will have the following skills:

● Successful completion of an accredited Dental Assisting Program **A Must!**
(RDA II License not required)
● A background of at least one year of customer service experience
● *Must* have an acute comprehension of dental terminology and conditions
● An enthusiastic communicator with a commitment to service and attention to detail
● Proficiency with the latest technology and a drive to learn
● A commitment to the privacy and confidentiality of all our patients and team
● Fluent in English (spoken & written)

The Dental Administrative Assistant role has a variety of important responsibilities including the following:

● Personally welcome and connect with all our patients as they arrive
● Connect and assist patients through our multi-line phone system
● Manage the visual presentation of the front of the clinic & common areas
● Manage all patient bookings and appointments through our MacPractice system (will train)
● Assist the Clinic Director with a variety of administrative tasks
● Process payments and billing for a variety of insurance programs
(Bondable, a police check is required)
● Work collaboratively with the Aeir Dental Team to ensure the highest of patient enjoyment


-This is a part-time, permanent position (Tuesday through Saturday)
-Approximately 3 weeks a month
-Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the preferred candidate's experience and abilities.
-We offer free basic dental services to our staff
