Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Process Worker Retail Sales member to join our team in a dynamic food company. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and packaging, with a strong focus on food safety and sanitation practices. They must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in a busy retail environment, advising customers on various food products and cooking/meal ideas.
Responsibilities
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Package produced food items efficiently and accurately
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate processing equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in various stages of the production process as needed
- Assist customers with product selection and uses
- Sample our products and attract new customers to our brand
Experience
- Prior experience in the food industry and customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Join our team as a Food Process Worker and Retail Sales member and be part of a collaborative environment focused on offering high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Hours will depend on experience and overall alignment with our team. It will start with approx 16-25 hrs/week but could move to full time for the right person.
Experienced hires will see a range of $17-$20/hr.

1. Just outside Okotoks (no public transportation available)
2. SE Calgary
3. NW Calgary

Having your own transportation is recommended as there is no public transportation to location #1 above.
