We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, scheduling drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment efficiently
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays or issues
Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination preferred
