Location: Lethbridge Corporate Head Office, On-Site
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking an IT Technician to serve as a first point of contact for all internal technology support cases. In this role, you won't just be fixing computers; You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure our users have the tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
• Service desk support responding to incoming IT support requests via our ticket system, e-mail, phone, and in-person walk-ups.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues related to Windows & Mac computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
• User on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, including creating accounts (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Office 365) and configuring hardware for new hires.
• Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Create and maintain internal documentation to help users solve common problems independently.
• Asset management of hardware inventory, software licenses, and peripherals.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or customer service facing technical role.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience administering Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• A logical approach to troubleshooting with the goal to identify the root cause for each case.
• Languages: English
• Transportation: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s license
• Ability to distinguish between colours
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
• Working with others, problem solving, critical thinking, significant use of memory, finding information, continuous learning.
Preferred Skills
• Diploma in Computer Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
