We are looking for a Software Engineer who can confidently manage client conversations in English. If you have a solid MERN stack background and a growing interest in AI — we want to hear from you.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Canada and Latin America.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be building and maintaining full-stack web applications while also leading client-facing technical interviews and discovery calls. You will work directly with international clients, translate their requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate with a remote cross-functional team.

TECH STACK
- MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js (MERN)
- AI integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar platforms)
- REST APIs
- Cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure is a plus)

REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong MERN stack proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable in client-facing settings (video calls, interviews, discovery sessions)
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms (ChatGPT API, GitHub Copilot,
LangChain, etc.)
- Prior experience conducting or participating in technical client interviews
- Experience working with US or European clients
