Fix My Brick is hiring a reliable, organized Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly.

We’re a small, busy team working in a shared office space, so we’re looking for someone who is easy to work with, respectful of the environment, and comfortable working closely with others.

Hours
24 hours/week to start
Monday: 7–3
Tuesday: 8–4
Friday: 8–4
Opportunity to grow into full-time

Seasonal Role (Long-Term)
This is a long-term position with a seasonal winter layoff (late Dec–Feb).
Our goal is to bring the same person back each season.
EI is available during the layoff period.

Pay
Starting at $22/hr (based on experience, room to grow)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering calls & emails
- Organizing customer info & job details
- Invoicing & tracking payments
- Assisting with quotes & follow-ups
- Keeping files, photos, and notes organized
- Working daily in QuickBooks Online Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Reliable (you show up and communicate clearly)
- Comfortable working in a shared, close-quarters office environment
- Mindful of scents (low-scent workspace)
